Our staff assist clients to plan and scope their projects by identifying the best technology and practical solutions, and then project manage the entire implementation and integration process. To maintain the ideals of best practice, we do not get involved in the installation itself.
Our Implementation services are individually tailored to the exact requirements of the client’s environment, with all aspects of the project considered. They are formulated on the strengths of our consultants, who have spent years designing, implementing and assessing risk management solutions within public and commercial organisations.
Thoroughly familiar with the current standards and Prince2 Project Management training, our staff can facilitate the sourcing of security equipment and systems, assistance with cost-budget analysis, liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, and the delivery of projects to clients on time and within budget.
Whether a project is a turnkey or small one-off assignment, Oriel will provide a team of industry leaders, expert in a range of specialities, and provide the solution. On completion, Oriel has operational staff at hand to continue the security process post-completion should there be a requirement.
In some cases, Oriel Solutions has been asked to carry out management of non-security related work. We are always happy to carry out these kinds of projects, as being ‘business enablers’ is key to the ethos of the company, its partners and employees.
